I am a computer-aided design (CAD) expert with programmer skills. I had worked as an aircraft maintenance planner. And recently, I design modifications for commercial and VIP aircraft. I have managed to become a SolidWorks Champion and a Certified SolidWorks Expert (CSWE).

I am fluent in design and drafting standards (ASME, ISO), design and production organization regulations (Part 21.J & G), aircraft maintenance (Part-145) and airworthiness procedures (Part-M). I have learned how to develop macros, design methods to automate processes.

Airbus A340 Meeting Room: Table, Side Ledges Design and Assembly

Prepared and designed 3D model of complete assembly and drawings for installation
Assembled on adapter plates with complete strip down of specific frame range
All components locations crosschecked on the frames of the A/C through 3D scan data and compared to manual measurements

Airbus AirnavX PDF Generator

Developed a web-based program that automated MPD based job-card downloads from AirnavX which is Airbus' data interface
Disregarded old-legacy method which was done by one task at a time
Developed with JavaScript, no third party dependency required

TRAX Import File Generator

Developed a macro to read customer's maintenance list to convert to our own needs. Prepared databases that can be used as references
Gets listed MPD and AMM values from customer work-packages and searches corresponding data through related databases, then updates necessary values in compliance with Trax format
Involves an inside program that crates new NRCs(non-routine-cards) import files for TRAX

Converted all drawings to be in compliance with design organization PART21.J regulations
Developed macros to work with precise efficiency on more than 300 pages of document
